Pork Steaks with a Wine and Mustard Sauce

2 x Three Dales pork shoulder steaks or loin chops
1 x tbsp plain flour
1 x onion
5 tbsp single cream
2 tsp Dijon mustard
4 tbsp white wine
- Brown off the steaks / loin chops and sliced onions together in a frying pan with a little oil.
- Sprinkle with the plain flour and stir.
- Add the white wine and mustard and keep stirring until the four has disappeared.
- Cover and simmer gently on a low heat for 20 minutes.
- Stir in the cream.
- Transfer to warmed plates and serve with mashed potato and your favourite steamed winter greens.Tip: Keep stirring the flour to prevent the formation of any lumps.
